For your information, you cannot subscribe to JIRA Calendar types from Outlook. So, I don't think Team Calendars plugin for JIRA works with Outlook 2007.

As far as I know, Team Calendars has been tested and works only with Outlook 2010 as mentioned here: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/TEAMCAL/Subscribing+to+Team+Calendars+from+Microsoft+Outlook

PS: However a user mentioned that she managed to get Team Calendars work in Outlook 2007 by referring to this documentation: http://robertlathanh.com/2010/08/view-your-google-apps-calendar-in-outlook-2007-2010/
