Select all from multi select CF

Hey

Has anyone any idea, how to easily select all values in a multible select? So users, don't have to click all the items in the list?

Press SHIFT+CTRL+Down Arrow (in Windows/Linux) (Mac change CTRL to CMD)
All will get selected
