I have 2 users in my jira on demand account who no longer work for the company. I can't delete them as users as they have commented on issues. Surely there should be a way to remove these from active users without deleting issues? This is a real problem as I don't think it's fair to have to pay for additional users just because they have replaced old ones.
you can deactivate users instead of deleting
