404 error during invoice

When attempting to create an invoice from ictime, we are redirected to this URL: /projects/secure/ICTimeCreateInvoice.jspa

But we receive a 404 error.

We upgraded to 7.3.x 2 months ago.

We are on the latest version of ictime.
