Issue collector not working.

I have created an issue collector but it's not working. I have tried it from within the JIRA as well as from an HTML page but it is not responding.

It gives a message as per the attachment.

Look at your JIRA logs. Maybe there are some mandatory fields which are needed while creation of the issue. Maybe it is some permission issue.
