Screen Configuration Broken?

I am testing JIRA version v6.1.2#6157

Whenever I try to drag a field on the Screen Edit I get browser errors. In IE it actually shows errors, in Chrome it just gets weird artifacting, and in Firefox it starts duplicating the rows. Is this a known issue?
