View another users page watch list

Question

Is it possible to view another users page watches? I know you can see who is watching a page but I want to view all the pages a user is watching for issue research.  Is this possible?

It is a good idea that this is not possible through the UI. If we could do that, we would have a big problem with our work council...

So far, this can't be done through the UI, but you can try querying the database i.e. the 'notifications' table. For example: select * from notifications where username = 'myuser';
