Are all projects equal?

Question

Can I create  an umbrella of projects and have a mother project and have all other projects under it? Or are all projects equal and on the same level? If it is possible, how can I value the projects so that they are either equal to one another, or not?

Projects are all equal.  If you need to do a hieracharical arrangement, you may want to look at using Components and setting the appropriate component lead.

They're all the same.  You can use the project "category" to help group them together, and if you give them sensible names, it helps when searching them.

I'm not sure how you'd "value" a project though.
