Change Notification via Mail in Confluence

Hi,

If anyone adds a new document to a page in Confluence or renew a document in a page I want that this change will be automatically sent via mail to all users. Is there a way without everyone should subscribe to that page?

You can mention others or share pages in Confluence 4.2+ and they will get notification.
