We wanted to migrate to JIRA users into the Confulence, but the avatar reason they did not go through. What could be the problem? On the server the /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/data/avatars library is avaible and read/write status. Please help me somebody!

Have you setup JIRA as a primary source of users and setup new User Directory in Confluence? Are you using Active Directory or any other LDAP?

already tried a reindex?

we had problems showing avatars cuz of corrupted indexs:

Michael Krause is right, delete confluence cache and rebuild the indexes. (restart confluence)

Hi! We did it, but failed! I think, we need another solution.

We don't have got AD or LDAP, in JIRA we upload the user.

This should be migrated in Confluence - they made it - but without avatars.

What could be the problem?

the redindex failed or it didnt help?

your using the internal directory from JIRA and got a userauth. over confluence, did i understand you right?

The reindex succeed but did not help on

avatars. JIRA is the user server based on internal directory.
