zephyr traceability tab missing

We have two instances of JIRA, one is JIRA v6.3.15, the other one is JIRA v6.4.12, on both we have Zephyr for JIRA, but on 6.4 we hav etraceability tab, the other one doesn't have this tab.

Anybody knows how to switch it on?
