Can`t to delete attachments

Question

Hello.

We have Confluence and Jira products on one server, base is working on MySql with local attachments storage. System is Linux CentOS 5.7.  Authorization in confluence is working thru jira accounts.

The problem is in attachment deleting, we cant to do this even thru administrator account.

Hi Anton, if you can't see the remove attachment button, you might be hitting to known issues from our Knowledge base article. It is caused by disabled module from the plugin.

This issue usually occurs when the URI encoding hasn't been configured to UTF-8. Set the URI Encoding to UTF-8 as per Application Server URL encoding then delete the unwanted attachment afterward.
