Does Jira Mobile Connect support custom fields on automatic crash reports?

Hi.

Working for eBay Classifieds danish iOS division and already using Jira, we're interested in using Jira Mobile Connect.

Currently our demands are:

- Automatic reporting (with user consent) of crash reports

- Need to add custom data (like log data) to the automatic crash report sent after the crash

- Support/SDKs for both iOS, Android and in the long run other platforms like WP7/8 etc.

Does Jira Mobile Connect support this?

Thanks for your interest in JMC. I will answer questions below:

Yes.

Yes.

- Support/SDKs for both iOS, Android and in the long run other platforms like WP7/8 etc.

Currently iOS is supported. Android is in BETA. And we have no plans to implement a WP7/8 SDK, however one could be developed against the same REST API we use for iOS and Android.

Both the SDK and the JIRA Plugin are 100% Open Source.
