Install Stash in CentOS 6

I have a VPS I would like to know how to install "Stash" on CentOS 6.5
and if I have to install some other supplement as Java or something if that would be installed as necessary? I am new to the subject of the vps

Like any other linux install,

Install Java & setup JAVA_HOME
Install Git
Download the tar.gz for linux (I prefer this)
