Migragtion from OnDemand

I am preparing to migrate our OnDemand site to JIRA Installed site. I wanted to test the data import processes on a trial version but I'm getting an invalid key error during the import process. Do I need to purchase a license to perform the data import?

I was able to locate my key and import my OnDemand data.
