I want to disable the outgoing emails after I restore JIRA on our secondary system. Maybe you know the path/file where I'll find the option to disable it?! I don't need a GUI solution

-Datlassian.mail.senddisabled -Datlassian.mail.fetchdisabled -Datlassian.mail.popdisabled
Set to 'true' to disable mail. In Linux setenv.sh, there is a pre-existing flag to uncomment.
