Issue while creating a custom field.

Hi ,

I have requirement to create a custom field that should appear whenever a new issue is created.

I have created the custom filed and associated it to global issues.I ran the re-index post the creation of the custom field like I always do.

The problem is whenever a new project is created this field is not appearing when we create an issue.

I have to manually associate it every time.

Please let me know what can be done more.

I guess it's associated with newly crated projects but not present on screens associated with a screen schemes that are created for new projects. So every time you have to add the field to the screens.
