What's a "managed dashboard" and what do you mean by "add user"?
its customized Dashboard. We can check how many tickets are assign to which user. We have one customized dashboard and we got one new user in JIRA. We have assign some tickets to new user but we cant populate this user in that dashboard.
Sorry, "populate user in dashboard" does not make any sense at all. A dashboard is a collection of gadgets, not users. What do you think "adding a user to the dashboard" will actually do? What gadget changes?
