"Risk" issue type and "Project Issue" type plugins

Hi,

We have risk issue type plugin to wire to any project. Is there any plugin, which will have "project Issue" type along with Risk issue type ?

I'm not sure I understand the question - you don't need add-ons to simply add a new issue type, just go to admin -> issues -> issue types.
