how to write a JQL for find all issues that have linked issues (linked issue type let say "story") and these linked issues are assigned to me.

With SQL for JIRA:

You need Scriptrunner for this; with it you can use a neat JQL function:

issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf("issuetype = story and assignee = currentUser()")
