i try to log in to jira but , it s says that the password is incorrect , i have not received an email inorder to change my password

As you have a JIRA Cloud instance (by the tag), I'd advice you to contact our Support raising a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com in the OnDemand project where our engineers can investigate what's going on.
