Mandatory Fields issue

I have made few fields as Mandatory fields, but on the screen i dont see those as mandatory fields

please check field configuration scheme again that you have make those changes in appropriate configuration scheme. this links will help you to configure those correctly..

In additional to Nuwan response, after you create any issue, you can use Where is my field? to have a better understanding about your field permissions and settings.

hmm...

I have the field confirguration scheme, but the issue is, the project is been assigned to Default Field Scheme, how can i move one project from the Default Field Schema

go to actions button in the page you attached as a screen shot. then there is a option to change the field configuration as you wish.
