What is the location of view an issue with word or excel.

Assuming your question is asking "How do I view an issue in word or pdf format?",
on the "View Issue" screen, on the right hand side, click on Views.
You will get a drop down with options.
You can also use the Intelligent Reports plugin to export issues to Word templates in any format you like.
