is it better to link confluence pages to sprint or epics .. is it possible to link pages to epics ? an epic may spread accross multiple sprints and documentation related to an epic may be scattered if linked tgrough sprints. any suggestions ?

In the Backlog, select the expand arrow to the left of the epic name in the Epic list.  There you can link a Confluence page.
