Trac to JIRA import freezes with a blank screen.

Question

When doing a Trac to JIRA Migration, after uploading the zip file to JIRA via the web browser. The browser just shows a blank page. No errors or any information written to the either Catalina.out nor Atlassian-JIRA.log files (Nothing on the screen either...Frustrating !!!). Process is broken.

Hi,

1) Took an zip of the root of trac directory (as per mentioned in the atlassian documentation jira trac import page).

2) Uploaded to jira via the browser.

3) clicked on next and it just shows a blank page. no error message in logs what so ever.

the file which is being uploaded is no more than 777MB

I'm currently not sure what might be the problem here, can you tell us what are the steps you performed for the migration? That will help us to check what might have gone wrong there.
