Confluence - eval - can't add/edit page

I installed the confluence eval demo (5.4.2) on windows server 2008.

I imported the users from JIRA and gave them confluence permisssions.

I can add a space but when

• I add a page the editor comes up but I can only type in a title.
• I click on Pages on the top left of the spaces display I get an Oops page

with the message Unable to find resource '/templates/link-browser-web-items.vm'

Reinstalled using custom install and all default options.

Works OK now.
