You can get display name of issue creator like this:

import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor
import com.atlassian.jira.issue.Issue
Issue issue = ComponentAccessor.getIssueManager().getIssueObject("ZV2-1");
return issue.getCreator().getDisplayName()
