we have our local jira installation inside our local network and we want to create another jira instance on-demand and customers to report issues there.we want issues automatically to be reflected on our local installationand customers to see the status of the issues.
how can we do that?
I dont think it can be done automatically but, you might need to use the JIRA import wizard.
