404 when creating invoice from ictime

Directed to this relative URL when creating invoice: projects/secure/ICTimeCreateInvoice.jspa

Been working for last year or two, but after recent upgrade to 7.3.x it appears to have stopped working.

We are on the latest server version of ictime.
