Has anyone had any success importing data from CounterSoft Gemini into JIRA? If so, what tool(s) have you used or have you needed to create howme grown scripts?

Would love to know if there is a path from CounterSoft Gemini to JIRA. We have used the basics within Gemini thus far with little to no customization and definitely w/o add-ons. So this is the right time to move or go full swing CounterSoft Gemini.
