Can this plugin be used to add custom field user picker to service desk participants?
Hi @Julie Shean, I don't see an add-on linked in your Question. I think if you're coming from the Market Place and click a new topic, it clears out the one you had from the Market Place answers link. Could you comment back and tell us which add-on you're looking at?
