Enable Aliasing options in crowd and some confluence user seems disappeared

We are using crowd 2.7.0 and confluence 5.2.5, recently we Enable Aliasing options in crowd and it seems some users disappeared in People Directory, also when using @mention users in comment, those people are not in the selection list. Anyone can help? Thanks
