Subversion Data Not Being Shown

We are novice users to JIRA and have just installed the Subversion add-on to link to our Subversion system. The install appears successful but we do not see a Subversion tab despite being in Administrators, jira-administrators, jira-developers groups, What step(s) are we missing ??
