Time tracking is turned on; Permissions for Work On Issues enabled. Still do not see time tracking/worklog on screens. Please help. Using JIRA 5.1.1
I was mistaken, it permission was not properly set for the project i was in. I can see it now that permission scheme updated.
did you add the field(s), log work, due onto the screen? Otherwise you will need to click on "More Actions" and select log work from there.

You can follow the below format in your JIRA task link and you will access work log option in vertical 3 dotted of that page.
