Can remaining license be transferred or refunded?

Hello,

We're considering purchase of JIRA Portfolio, but we expect to move to another instance owned by a different department soon.

What can happen to our remaining license for JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Portfolio?

Can we move/transfer remaining subscription duration to the other instance for example?

The license can be moved to another instance, and will expire at it's regular time.
