JIRA Issue Type Mouse Selection not working sometimes

We open JIRA in a window . Sometimes when the user "creates the issues a Pop up window opens and sometimes mouse selection of Issue Type doesnt work properly.

Can you give me pointers to debug where source code of Jira lies

We are using in 5.2.5 JIRA
