Hi Mohin,

if the included metrics in JIRA are not enough for you, please let me introduce HeyQL Metrics for JIRA, which is a metric life cycle management solution. It can create automatically metrics based on any jql-filter and is able to export metrics in different formats and styles.
Together with JIRA's custom field power, you are also able to design own KPIs, OKRs or any other metric related business object.
