In our scenario we are using incoming mail handlers to create new issues (Create a new issue from each email message). If we forward messages using e. g. Outlook adding some text above the original message, the quoted text will be removed from the issues description. Is there a way to force JIRA to acceppt the full content of forwarded messages with all the quoted text?
