One of the user is not able to view Agile --> Rapid boards. All the others can. Please let me know how to resolve this
They probably don't have the rights to see the project. Skip the agile stuff for now and check their Jira permissions.
Look at the permission scheme for the project, cross check the browse settings against their account
please give more information and how to check the permissions to reolsve this
