I want to post something to the CMS Water Cooler link and I've been directed to do so through "Web Request" but I'm only directed to set up an account in Atlassian.
I've tried to do so with mixed results.
Even when I could log into Atlassian, I do not see any further instruction on how to actually post my notice.
