Do you mean clicking on the panel does nothing? It's not responding to the mouse?

Are other parts of the system responding? Can you try a different browser?

Thanks for the quick response.

Yes, it's not responding to the mouse but the other parts of the system are responding fine. It works when i use the Internet Explorer but it doesnt work when i use Chrome. I have always been using Chrome and never had an issue.

Ok, I've not seen that one before, I think it should be raised with Atlassian as a bug (somewhere in JIRA or Chrome - can't tell really)
