When doing smart commits from Stash to Jira no one except myself can see the commit on the souce tab in Jira. Is this expected behavior or is there a way others can see this smart commit?
Did you ensure they have the "View Issue Source Tab" permission?
Yes this has been enabled and issued to the correct groups
