What are the working hours of atlassian for support ?

I would like to know the Atlassian working hours and working days.Could you also please let me know the time zone in which Atlassian support is working currently.We are in UTC time zone.I am unable to figure out the response time from atlassian.

Please clarify the time zone and working days.I t would be really helpful in estimating the time required to solve our issues.
