InvalidSnapshot question

Question

I am trying to run my normal Bamboo plan, but today I received the following error(s):

Elastic Bamboo Error : Error during creation of EBS volumes for image configuration [Default Image EBS x86_64 (linux)]

...

AWS Error Code: InvalidSnapshot.NotFound, AWS Error Message: Snapshot does not exist

What's going on?

Hi there,

The snapshot is still avaialbe.  I have no access to the AWS console.  Please see the support thread for all previous advice and trial information regarding this issue.

is the snapshot still available? Do you see it in the AWS console? Is it in the correct region with correct permissions?
