Estimating and logging time at epic level - reporting?

Pietros

I did not know that it is possible to estimate an epic in time and even log work against it. However, I am unable to visualize the time spent/planned in a chart. All Epic charts are showing only story points. Is there a way how I can see the chart showing the time spent on an epic?

Petr- I recently published a helpful Solutions Guide for Rolling Up Epic Time Estimates in JIRA.  It's part of the documentation for our Arsenale Dataplane Reporting for JIRA add-on.  The basic technique for getting the rolled up numbers works without needing Dataplane, although you may find Dataplane provides the visualizations you're looking for.  Feel free to follow up with any questions: http://www.arsenalesystems.com/support
