@Ramita Garg Just to add to what Arek asked, I know that there are issues with the approve button missing in Slack > see ROVO-845. But that bug specifically affects Rovo in Slack.

Are you experiencing this directly in Jira/Rovo Chat or through Slack?

If you're using Rovo directly in Jira, you could try a new chat or incognito mode/window. I believe something like that worked for me once.

If the issue persists, it may be worth contacting Atlassian Support, as this could be a similar UI issue requiring further investigation. 🎟️
