I see the message in the notifications pop up that says "something went wrong".
It says to try again later? Did you do that? If not are you still encountering the error when you try now?
Are you the administrator of the Jira system you are using? If not, have you reported the problem to the Jira administrators? Here we are a user community, using our own Jira systems. We are not the administrators for your system and we don't have access to it.
If you are the Jira administrator have you checked if more than one user is having this problem? Have the user tried
I don't see any incidents listed at https://status.atlassian.com that would account for the error.
If the problem persists your Jira administrators can open a support case with Atlassian Technical Support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ if you are on a paid subscription.
