Workspace missing

I remember migrating my workspace to a linked account in Atlassian, but now I'm missing my workspace and I am 99% sure I am the owner of the workspace. The email that I've been using before linking the account is now gone as it was the business email from a company I worked before. The workspace is still shown in the Deactivated workspaces, but I cannot reactivate it as it says I'm not the admin. What do I do?

Atlassian has documented this situation, including what to do when the original company email is no longer accessible:

If recovery isn't possible, Atlassian Support will need to verify ownership, as the Community can't change workspace permissions. Was the original account managed by your former employer, or was it a personal account?
