Force garbage collection

Repository webruler/appbuilder-reference: we rewrote the history (git filter-repo, history before 2026-09-01 removed) and force-pushed all branches; a fresh mirror clone is ~170 MB, but Repository details show 717 MB. Please delete all pull requests created before 2026-10-27 (they reference the old commits) and run a server-side garbage collection.

After Garbage collection a size of 175mb is expected.

Old PRs arr not needed anymore. All merhed PR could be deleted, if this would be more efficient.
