For my Remix with Rovo experiment, I transformed my Confluence page about smarter ticket triage into flip cards.
π Before: The original Confluence content
The original page explains how manual ticket triage can be improved using Jira Service Management, automation, AI assistance, and a Confluence knowledge base.
β¨After Remix:
β¨ Remix output used: Flip Cards
The cards highlight the key stages: capturing requests, automating routing, AI-assisted understanding, knowledge-based resolution, and keeping humans in control. The flipped side presents the benefits of each step, along with the key takeaway.
π‘ How this remix could help the team
I like how the flip cards break down a process-heavy topic into smaller, easier-to-understand pieces. Instead of reading through the entire page, support agents and stakeholders can quickly explore each step and understand its purpose and benefits. This format could be useful for onboarding, explaining process improvements, and sharing service management ideas with the team.
My biggest takeaway from this experiment is that documentation doesn't always have to remain long paragraphs and lists. Turning it into a visual format can make the same information easier to explore and discuss.
The goal is simple: automate the repetitive, use AI to assist, and let people focus on what matters.
